How to Get Your First Oregon Hunting License

  1. Check your hunter education status

  3. Buy your license online

  4. Add required tags for your species

    Deer, turkey, elk, and waterfowl all require separate tags in Oregon. Check the current regulation digest at myodfw.com for tag costs and season dates.

  5. Save your license and carry field documentation

    Most Oregon game wardens accept digital licenses. Print a backup and carry it in your hunting pack.
