Arizona Hunter Education Policy
Arizona has one of the most targeted hunter education requirements in the country โ it applies primarily to youth hunters under 14 who are pursuing big game. Adult hunters and youth pursuing small game or javelina are generally exempt. Arizona's draw system for elk, deer, and antelope is highly competitive with a bonus point accumulation system.
